Zurich Duty Free [A70]

Three (3) staff at the checkout area, two (2) of them chatting and ignoring customers in checkout que and just one (1) operating one of the two point of sale machines. The line grows longer and at about 8 in line one of the chatters finally moves to operate the second point of sale machine but at that point there was no longer a que. I would rate the shop a zero (0) if I could but the review system is forcing me to give it 1 out 5.

Employee behind the register was very rude, otherwise it was alright
