Camp Pieri

Nice place to live as a student. Here people from all corners of the world can be found. Its clean, moderately priced, the public transport near it is well, has car and bike parking spaces and the Hausmeister's are very friendly :) I personally loved it.

Was stationed on camp Pieri in the late 70s early 80s. There are some big changes but the awesawesomeness will never leave that place. The 3rd floor of the school had a club called the eagle's nest never will forget my 5 years on that Army post.

Very nice place to stay for students.Rooms are little small but sufficient for students.

Wenn man hier Luxus erwartet ist man falsch. Für ein Studentenwohnheim ist es ok.

Awesome for student life. A lively place, especially due to the large number of Erasmus students. Rent is low compared to other dorms, but not the best with respect to cleanliness.

Kitchen and common room are in very bad condition. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. In many rooms, more than one person are living illegally. WFS simply does not care to look into it. Common are is also dirty.

I was stationed at Camp Pieri from 1990 to 1992. I was part of the last group of soldiers there as it was closing down. It has really changed a lot but I have great memories there. I was at the Eagles Nest a lot, it was mentioned in another review here. MP,s had the 3rd floor and I was assigned to the Lance missile unit there. It's amazing how time changes things.

2 yıl önce Erasmus için bu yurtta kaldım. Çok eski ve bakımsız daireler, o parayı hak etmiyor. Kayıttan önce çok yüksek meblağda genel temizlik parası verdik arkadaşlarımla fakat yurdu işleten şirket hiçbir şey, ama hiçbir şey yapmamış. İnanılmaz kirliydi kendimiz temizledik. Birkaç ay sonunda teftiş edildik ve dairemiz kirli bulundu az daha para cezası alacaktık, sanki bizim suçumuz gibi! Tek güzel yani, sorumlu Türk abiydi. Herkesin her sorunuyla ilgilendi.I stayed in this dormitory for Erasmus 2 years ago. Very old and neglected apartments, it does not deserve the money. Before the registration, we gave a very high amount of general cleaning money with my friends but the company that operates the dormitory did nothing, but nothing. It was incredibly dirty, we cleaned it ourselves. We were inspected at the end of a few months and our apartment was found dirty, we would get more and more fine, as if it was our fault! The only good thing was the Turkish brother in charge. He took care of everyone's problems.

A lot has changed since the late 70's early 80's spent my teenage years there . Beautiful location and many great memories.

The location of this place is very peaceful and a Studentenwohnheim is always fun with a possibility of meeting new students. There is also a cool hangout place called Hippie Bar that is open on Thursdays. The only problem is that it is on the outskirts, far from the city center and limited buses.
