Depuis toutes ces années, c'est toujours un plaisir de passer faire mon don tous les mois :)

I will comment not on the blood donation itself (I do it regularly), but rather on a few things to improve:1) they do analysis of your blood each time, but refuse to send you even the shortest email with the results. When they are ok. They send results only when you already have a problem - like most common for doners - dropped Ferritin.Why do they refuse to send the results? The answer is - we do not do this". What kind of answer is that?!2) Why is it important? Because they do not check and let you know that your level of Ferritin is dropping. So once the Ferritin level is lower than threshold - they say you have to go to the doctor and ban you from donation for 5 months.It could have been prevented if they had seen that Ferritin level is close to the thresholdOr at least had sent results to your email so you can see and follow your Ferritin level.If they change this small thing

For that reason the Red Cross needs a significant number of donors. If you know that 70% of the people will need donor blood or some derived products during their life, you may consider becoming a blood donor yourself. You can become a donor as of the age of 18 and before you are 60, while you can continue until you are 70 years.Most people consider giving blood as a positive experience, not only because it is a service to the society but also because of the friendly and relaxing environment, whether at the reception desk, in the waiting room, in the donor room or in the cafeteria. Moreover you are taking care off by professional and very friendly staff.

Consequently, the bloody output is deemed near-crystal.Actually, a significant percentage of donor candidates regularly find themselves dlrejected on the basis of the preliminary questionnaire&interview.The Doctor staff (especially Madam the Dr born in Hungary) and, to a certain extent, most of thd nurses deploy their utmost charms.One is entitled to free soft drinks/sandwich refreshments following the blood donation.1 hour there can save 3 lives.
