Edificio antiguo, sin apenas mantenimiento, sin ascensor, cocina sin salida de humos, con un horno minúsculo, muchas cosas de la casa en mal estado, las lámparas de las habitaciones crujen encendidas y una vez que las apagas siguen crujiendo por muchas horas, no dejandote dormir, las camas crujen, el colchón es lo mas parecido a dormir en el suelo, lavar la ropa cuesta dinero, con parking tanto para bicicletas como para coches, pero estos son lo más parecido a un súper mercado para ladrones. Además la casera es una estafadora... Cada piso dispone de 4 habitaciones (2 pequeñas y 2 grandes) yo pago 220€/mes por una habitación pequeña, no hace mucho me enteré que mi habitación vale 160€/mes. Frente a 180€/mes que vale la grande. Fui a protestar y me dijo que todos somos iguales"... Tener cuidado al firmar el contrato

Everything is substandard, and neither maintained nor cleaned. 12.10.2022 Von der Heizung läuft Wasser aus, das tropft die ganze Zeit, obwohl die Heizung aus ist. Wohnung sehr alt und schmutzig. Die Wände sind dünn, man hört alles, was im Flur passiert.

Prima für Studierende

While Studierendenwerk Thüringen is supposingly giving the same services with other dorms this one receives if not zero, almost no services. They forced an additional 35 euro cost for heating, while delivering no heating different from the other dormitories that receive plenty of it. In other words you are forced to pay for services you do not receive, and when you dare to complain they tell you is because of the Energy crisis that they have to deliver heating only specific times of the day.

Big rooms for lower price is the only Pro i find. Cons include things such as bad maintenance, un segregated dustbin, no oven pre installed, 2 burner stove for 4 people with nearly everyone living here being from a country where people cook more. The list would go on. Unless bigger and cheaper rooms are your priority find something else.
