Stay away from properties rented by these fraudsters. Absolutely incompetent and dishonest. They should get zero stars. One star is too generous. They rent you the apartment, collect their fee and then leave you without any support. You’re on your own! They are unresponsive to email and phone calls, and very rude in any in-person contact. We had an apartment at times and for months without hot water, with heating problems, with a malfunctioning refrigerator, with a broken dishwasher for months on end. Despite reducing the rent, EichenGlobal didn’t care (not their money at stake, only the landlord’s and the tenants’s). We eventually got fed up and left. They then tried to scam us on the deposit doing unauthorized renovations we were not responsible for and not returning our deposit.

Dedicated, direct, and competent. Thankfully for us, also clear and supportive in English. Solution-oriented, serious, and genuinely kind team.

Really bad experience with EichenGlobal,- our WEG meeting has been postponed again and again, last year we supposed to have our first WEG meeting on zoom, but the staff from EichenGlobal had no show, so we were waiting in the meeting for more than 15 mins and then was informed that the staff had technical problem so he couldn’t attend. We did not receive any notice before or any explanation after the meeting.- Often the email was sent to EichenGlobal but without any proper reply. Some problems have been reflected by us for so many times without any prober handle. In our community, there are frequent stealing incidents happening. Last year the bicycles in our yard got stolen. We have reported to EichenGlobal that our gate was not functioning properly causing security risks. This year, our basement got stolen and the thief just broke into the Keller and again bike was stolen. This month, our neighbors shoes even got stolen!! The security problems have been communicated for a lot of times with EichenGlobal but they did not handle it in a timely manner!- We have requested for the Hausgeld bill for last year but only told we will get it at the end of this year while EichenGlobal is informing us that our Hausgeld will be increased with a more than 50% price increase according to the Wirtschaftplan 2022.We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by EichenGlobal and considering switching to other property management firm.Words can not express how disappointed and unsatisfied we are. Our community and property is so poorly managed.

Super zufrieden mit der Mehrfamilienhaus Verwaltung. Reagieren schnell, kümmern sich um alles, rechnen pünktlich ab.Kann ich sehr empfehlen und sind im vergleich zu allen Verwaltern davor um Meilen besser.

Vor meinem ersten Kontakt mit der Eichen Global war ich etwas skeptisch, aufgrund der ein oder anderen negativen Bewertung.Grade weil ich in der Vergangenheit schon schlechte Erfahrung mit Verwaltungen in Berlin gemacht habe...Nach einem ersten Objekt, dass ich testweise in die Sonderverwaltung gegeben habe, hat sich diese Befürchtung jedoch nicht bestätigt.Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Service, vor allem im Digitalen Bereich sind sie super aufgestellt.Stichwort: Einfach und Unkompliziert!Ich habe jetzt noch zwei weitere Objekte in der Sonderverwaltung und freue mich auf weitere Jahre gute Zusammenarbeit !
