The house was way beyond our expectations!! Very clean. And furnishings wonderfulLarge and nice colored bedrooms with very comfy beds and marvelous bathrooms. We are ready to book our next vacation @ those Agency.. Great time thanks !!!!

We heve rented Villa 150 in Cape Coral twice. The house was very good. It is in a nice neghborhood and it is just five minutes by car to restaurants, Walmart etcetera.We have a slightly bad experience with the contact with the office. Both times we had to contact the office to refund the deposit. The second time when we mailed about the refund we got the answer that there were garage door remote controls missing and that we owe money. We feel that they did not do much to help us solve the problem so we never got the deposit back. We never used the garagedoor openers.... And by the way... we do not need any at home either....The house is fantastic but I have no trust in the agent.
