Arhanta Yoga Ashram Nederland

Five years ago I took a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training with Arhanta Yoga in India. The experience was incredible. It was difficult and very strict because the level of teaching was very high but it was a real revelation for me and also to live in an ashram. I have just finished the 300 hour Advance course in Holland also with Arhanta Yoga which has allowed me to deepen and enrich my knowledge. I have learned a lot and feel more ready to teach yoga in a global wellness approach. Thank you all. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. The organic food on site is a real plus in this quiet and green setting. Thank you to the chef. I retain from this training: high standards; high level of teaching; self reflection. I've just finished the 200h yoga teacher course at the Arhanta Yoga Ashram in the Netherlands. It's been a fascinating month & I'm amazed about how good the course is. Somehow they manage to make you a confident yoga teacher in one month. I would highly recommend going here if you're looking for a yoga teacher course.

I was there in May 2023 for 200hr TTC and I am so grateful for choosing this school. The place is beautiful and peaceful. The teachers were professional, with their different personalities, sharing their tradition, knowledge and wisdom. It felt original. The curriculum and the days were well organised. I felt that every day was useful and full. Therefore it was also intense. I went there to develop confidence in teaching and I have to say that this goal was fulfilled more than I could imagine. We practiced a lot and the teachers and volunteers were always eager to help. Gratitude for the teachers and staff members again for making this happen. I can absolutely recommend it.

Ich habe im Mai 23 meine vierwöchige 200h Yoga Lehrerausbildung absolviert. Das Ashram in Sinderen liegt in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Es ist ein optimaler Ort, um lernen und wachsen zu können. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich in einem Monat so viel über Yoga und meine eigene Praxis lernen könnte. Die Lebensgemeinschaft und die Regeln im Ashram helfen, dass man sich voll auf das Training konzentrieren kann. Es ist eine intensive Zeit, die dich optimal darauf vorbereitet, als Yogalehrer kompetent starten zu können. Der Unterricht im Ashram ist hochwertig und gut strukturiert. Die Erfahrung mit Gleichgesinnten zusammen diesen Weg zu gehen, möchte ich nicht missen. Ich bin unendlich dankbar für die neuen Freundschaften, die sich daraus ergeben haben. Ich danke dem gesamten Arhanta Team von Herzen für die Begleitung in meiner lebensverändernden Erfahrung.❤️

Living in a traditional ashram is not for everyone. At Arhanta, the schedule is tight and the daily activities are challenging. As a graduate of the Netherlands ashram, however, I can say that this was an experience of a lifetime.On April 2023, I took the 200YTT, and do not regret any second of it. Waking up in the morning to the pranayama sessions, exploring my body through the asana classes, and questioning my personal beliefs during the philosophy lessons made me grow both as a practitioner and a human being.I will be forever grateful to Omkar, Ram, and the rest of the team for their teachings and personal attention to every student. This course helped me heal very deep wounds, and find peace in my inner silence.

Arhanta has an incredible teaching technique which will help you become a confident and knowledgeable yoga teacher, feeling ready to start teaching classes by the end of the course. I have learned a great deal about yoga philosophy and feel very comfortable teaching a yoga class after this experience. I recommend this course to people who are disciplined and eager to work hard to learn about yoga and improve their teaching skills. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. You are in good hands at arhanta.

This certified 200 hour yoga teacher training is a life changing experience. The teachers are very helpful and encourage you to try new things and grow on a professional as well as personal level. The ashram experience allows you to fully focus on your training and development. I would recommend this yoga instructor certification program to anyone serious about deepening their understanding.

The 1st and 2nd was really top to adjust the Ashram rules and duties, with the combination of practical, philosophy and anatomy.Pushing myself out beyond my limits.
