Awesome dealership! Jon and Vicky helped me get the vehicle I've been wanting since 16 years old, and at a great price with trade in. They spoke Spanish and English which was very helpful to us and they were very honest and open about what was in the terms and vehicle. The process was easy and fluid and you can tell the staff at Used Car Guys really push their hardest for the customer. I wish we had gone here for our first vehicle because some of the dealerships in the area take advantage of those inbound, however I am glad that I chose UCG for our new vehicle. Reliable service and reliable vehicles, 10/10! I can't express how happy I am to have chosen this dealership.

The person in charge of getting the paperwork ready was so sweet and the best thing of it was she spoke Spanish. I speak both English and Spanish but Spanish being my first language I felt like I could communicate better with her because of it.
