Not a proper technique and stolen from Yogananda. Do not get shaktipat from this teacher. Leaning the wrong yoga from a wrong spiritual teacher can ruins one's life.

Atma Kriya Yoga is an amazing technique that allows us to reconnect to the inner source of Love. Very easy to practice and does not require much time daily (quality over quantity). I can see an amazing progress throughout the years I've been practicing. Highly recommend it to people who want to get more in touch with their real essence!
