Ordered 2 dishes - Pork Knuckles and Schnitzel with White Asparagus - for 3 pax to share. Both were very delicious, highly recommend these two. We waited for ~20 mins for the food to arrive.

That pork knuckle and sauerkraut dish was divine. You can see in the second food pic how easily the meat fell off the bone, I barely needed that knife that came with it. Succulent, tender meat and the skin/rind was crisp and juicy. Incredibly tasty sauerkraut that went well with the richness of the pork. The wurst/sausage and potato dish was good too, nice crust on the potatoes, but the pork knuckle blew the sausage out of the water. Would recommend if you’re walking around the area.

Highly recommend this place. Good food, good service for the reasonable price.Also it is close to the Old town of Frankfurt and the shopping street.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber absolut überteuert. Ein Rumpsteak für 28.90€ ohne Beilage, die Frankfurter Platte für 41.90€ geht gar nicht für die Menge. Das Personal war nett und aufmerksam. Draußen sitzt man direkt an der Straße mit viel Lärm.Fazit:Viel zu teuer und das Ambiente ist auch nicht das beste. Nicht zu empfehlen…

We were there on Tuesday before noon. The place is not so busy and the food came quite fast. They have English menu and staffs are friendly. The pork knuckle is different from other German restaurants since the pork skin is served not crispy. Somehow it tastes so good. Onion soup is very refreshing and intense. We love this!

Great yum!The pork nuckle was surprisingly good! Falling off the bones soft inside but crispy fried on the outside.Sausage was no better than sausage elsewhere. Pork chips were ok, but the nuckles overshadowed it.Draft beer was under $5, but large sparkling water was $8. They don’t serve tap water.

I havent eaten much german food but this was decent enough. This place was pretty crowded. When we reached, one of the waitresses told us they had no space and left it at that. We approached another who is friendlier and she brought us into a table inside
