The rating is for when it was the Officers Club when I lived there as a dependent in the 60's and 70's. BAHS 1972 grad, we used to hold our proms there.

Located relatively close to housing and this place does not have quite hours or if they do it is not the same as housing quite hours. They leave their windows open and someone is using the microphone and it could be a 9pm, 10pm, or 12 midnight sometimes in the middle of the week!! :(
