I was very afraid to apply for an appointment as I saw many bad reviews but my experience was very positive. I got my appointment within 2 months and when I went there I find out that, the people with appointment doesn’t needs to stand in that long line they can go inside with that appointment latter and the security also speaks basic English and one of the security guard was very gentle as well.

Horrible. They don’t open the phones, they didn’t answer my letter. And you need to come and stand here in cold, rainy weather for 4 hours!! Because your Termin is 3 months later and you need to travel. In the end, no solution. I will make an official complain. Before I come, I called them every week, they didn’t even bother to take the call.

4 bis 6 Monate Wartezeit für ein einjähriges Visum!Studenten beachten! von dieser Ausländerstelle dauert jahrelang, um ein Visum zu bekommen! Lieber irgendwoanders Visum beantragen. Die Mitarbeiter sind gar nicht erreichbar, um eine einzige Frage zu stellen und einfach sehr unprofessionales unqualifiziertes Management!

Auch heute musste ich seit 10 Uhr morgens Schlange stehen, um das Büro zu betreten und etwas zu konsultieren, das leicht per Telefon konsultiert werden konnte. aber das Telefon, das sie seit mehr als einem Monat zur Verfügung gestellt haben, nimmt niemand ab. Bei Fragen, die mit einem Anruf schnell geklärt werden könnten, kommen die Leute und warten mehr als vier Stunden in der Kälte. Um 12:20 Uhr machten sie eine Pause bis eins, als sie die Dokumente wieder entgegennahmen.Angeblich würden um 13:00 Uhr mehr Leute eintreten, aber um 13:45 Uhr begannen die Leute wieder einzutreten. Ich verstehe, dass es viele Migranten gibt, aber es gibt keine Entschuldigung dafür, bei diesem Wetter nicht ans Telefon zu gehen und die Leute warten zu lassen. Passiert das auch in den Bundesländern? Hervorzuheben ist, dass ich über die mein.Nürnberg-Seite versuche Kontakt aufzunehmen, auch hier habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

This is a Tragedy. I don't recommend any Auslaender to live in Nuremberg solely because of this office. If possible go to Stein or Fuerth or anything else that is not Nuremberg.They only schedule Appointments when the Fiktionsbescheinigung is about to expire, no proactive measures of any sort - good luck if you received a Fiktionsbescheinigung of 2 Years.My wife has been waiting more than one year now for her Residence Permit, which still she didn't got. Even though since living here she received a very good job offer to work as Engineer, still nothing was processed and both she and the employer are waiting more than 5 months for she to be able to work.It is exactly like a book from Kafka.It is really a shame to pay so much taxes and receive this type of service, makes you wonder why to live in such a place.The digital service they provide does not work - just made things worst, as it created an excuse to shut down proper telephone services (the one they have is practically unreachable) and email - all you are left is with an unresponsive digital service and letters. You can go there and wait in the lines to TRY to get some information, but good luck waiting 3 hours outside in the cold of the winter and not get sick.

I do not recommend to foreigners to move to Nuremberg, otherwise you will be waiting uncertain time for your documents, nobody answers emails, it is not possible to get reach via phone.I am waiting for my temporary residence permit already 7 months and if I don't get it any soon, I am forced to move out from Nuremberg.It's very pity, that city Nuremberg claims to be very progressive in digitalization, but on the other hand so many people can't simply get an answer from Ausländerbehörde. And the most terrible thing, they don't do anything to improve the situation

I have applied for residence permit in October 2022, and I have not heard anything from them in more than seven months. They never pick up the phone. Can't imagine anything in Germany working worse than this organization.

Unglaublich wie die lange Schlange Menschen hier bei Regen und Schnee draußen für Stundenlang beim Minus Grad stehen.Informationen fehlt die und dort , man weiß nicht wie man hier zurecht finden.Der eine sagt :wird gemacht, wir werden Sie Unterlagen bearbeiten und zusenden . Der andere sagt: wird erledigt und die Papier die man braucht kommt ewig nicht an während die Aufenthaltsgenehmigung schon abgelaufen.Wahnsinn.

I applied for job change in my blue card since 25th May 2023. And still i am waiting for there reply. Now my work permit and blue card both expired and i am getting zero response. They are simply don’t wants to work. However if you apply year ago still they will not provide documents on time.

Weil sie die Arbeit nicht bewältigen konnten, haben sie das Telefon ausgeschaltet und die Leute konnten nicht mehr anrufen. Es ist schade, denn ich bedauere, dass ich mich hier angemeldet habe, deshalb musste ich in die Stadt umziehen
