Eine gute Initiative, insbesondere für internationale Studierende, die danach in Deutschland arbeiten möchten, ist es für sie einfacher, ihr Englischstudium zu beginnen!

There literally could not be a worse place to study. They take advantage of people desperate to study medicine and offer a too good to be true “opportunity”. Only to be a mediocre excuse for a university without even a library. Everything revolves around money and their selling the image they want from the university through marketing. They’re so good at selling the university they should change it to teach marketing instead of medicine. 1 star is too much.

I am way disappointed and hurt with the way I feel this University is racial biased and racist. I scheduled a zoom call (11.4.23 - 16:00hrs) wanting to get to know more about the school and ask questions in general. The first thing the lady on zoom meeting said to me before even saying anything else was - you do know that this is a private university and people pay 28 000€ a year and there are no scholarships, as if she was implying that black people can‘t afford that. Throughout the conversation she was cold and busy playing and throwing a stress ball ⚽️ in the air as if I was a joke. Just wow.

If it had 0 star i will put it . This is the worst medical university in Germany. They are not even ACCREDITED in GERMANY. Its a scam. You pay a lot of money to study there and than they fail YOU. In fact it is a good idea to make money by putting higher prices and failing students. UNBELIEVABLE

Vorteile eines Studiums am UMCH:- kleine Gruppen- echt nette und kompetente Dozenten- kein Physikum- Die Englische Sprache und die Möglichkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld in DE zu studieren- engagiertes Lehrpersonal in den Lehrkrankenhäusern (Auch wenn nur wenige Maximalversorger dabei sind)- Teilnahme an den Medimeisterschaften- Modulbauweise in den ersten drei JahrenNachteile:- Sehr hohe Studiengebühren (Es wird leider nicht transparent gemacht warum diese so hoch sind im Vergleich zu anderen privaten Unis in Deutschland)- Man braucht ab dem dritten Jahr zwei Wohnungen und manche Lehrkrankenhäuser können die nicht kostenlos stellen (Doppelte Kosten)- Man kann nicht promovieren zum Dr. med. und eine Promotionsstelle an einer Deutschen Uni zu bekommen ist leider nicht so einfach- Der Campus ist kein richtiger Campus wie an anderen Unis (kein Wirkliches Studentenleben in der Umgebung) -> Es gibt auch keine Bänke oder so vor der Uni, deshalb halten sich viele Studenten nur wenig am Campus auf.Für die Zukunft wünschenswert:Kooperationen mit anderen Unis in Hamburg (MSH/ACH etc.) für wissenschaftlichen Austausch oder PräpkurseSkills lab für Studenten mit Rea Trainer / Laparaskopie Trainer etc.Mehr Kommunikation mit und Einbindung der Studenten bei der Campusentwicklung

Durch mangelnde Impfwillige sehr entspannt, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
