Terrible and expensive! I was VERY excited to come here for a Chinese medicine analysis + acupuncture. The front desk was nice but when it came time for the doctor to examine me, she asked very few questions and spent only about 20 mins with me (do you sleep well, do you eat well, looked at my tongue and took my pulse) - I was told it would be comprehensive and take an hour. She then took me to the acupuncture room. When I asked what I was being treated for I received no info. The acupuncture session was the most painful one I have ever experienced (and I have had several before) I even started crying at one point. She told me to „try to sleep“. I asked how long it would be, she said 20 minutes and then left me for about 30 mins while I continued trying to calm myself down.At the end I was charged 100 for no analysis and 50 for the painful acupuncture. When I asked what she had found, all I was told was that I had „low energy“. Low energy where? From what? No other info was given. I made it clear that I was very unhappy and didn’t feel that I was being treated well. They did nothing to try to fix it and were happy to charge the full amount.I really believe strongly in this modality for healing. I was impressed by all her certifications and the beautiful herb shop next door (they are very nice by the way and were very kind after this happened). But charging 100 euros for zero analysis/diagonosis/explanation is not ok. And following it up with painful and expensive acupuncture was really upsetting.Save yourself a potentially painful and expensive time and avoid this place!!
