Ein sehr guter Zahnarzt. Ich fühlte mich rundum gut aufgehoben, da insbesondere die Beratung umfassend und und transparent war. Ich kann diese Praxis nur weiterempfehlen.

As this is a professional clinic, which emails its patients invoices regarding dental procedures (as they are very large amounts of money) I did not expect anything other than this. With my first visit, they communicated clearly and they provided me with an invoice. I agreed to the amount on the bill, had the procedure and paid the day of. As I walked out, they TOLD me (not asked) to return a few weeks later for a check up and to have my teeth cleaned. Obviously after a procedure, I said of course and appreciated the professionalism. I returned, had a check up and had my teeth cleaned. Nothing was emailed to me about this visit prior or soon after. 3.5 MONTHS LATER, I arrive home to a hefty bill of 168euros for this check up and dental clean. I followed this up for 3 days straight with the clinic, and all I got was rude communication and no regard for THEIR mistake. Never once did they tell me that there would be a cost, send me an invoice or even communicate with me about a bill. Then months later, I get a bill saying you must pay 168euros in 30 days". Unbelievable. How can you treat a patient like that? If you are to bill someone for such an amount
