Very disrespectful and rude admin staffs that talks down to you. Totally unhelpful and act like you are disturbing them when you need to ask questions or clarify things (except when u first want to sign up for course). Nothing good to say about the teachers as well. School is only interested to make profit so they think they no longer need to put in any effort to improve on their quality of education or check quality of their teachers since they are already the apppointed school from BAMF. Unfit to be an educators.Bad management and bad staffs.BAMF should review the quality of this school closely and ban them from operating.

Some teachers are good, some are very very bad, especially the russian one, she has an accent,so the students learn to speak like her too. She has her favourite students and she will ignore or not give as much attention to others and, I don't want to be mean, but sometimes she can go nuts, she sometimes overexaggerates, she acts like we are in a school but we are all adults, it gets really cringe, its like she has issues because she wanted to be school teacher but didn't make it . The older german man is very nice and funny, and about the other teachers I don't know. The secretary is not good either, they just don't care. No, actually they care, but only when you have to pay them. I wouldn't recommend this academy.
