Mr. Christiansen came recommended by a close friend, and therefore I had high thoughts of him before our consultation. Unfortunately after my consultation and time with Mr. Thomsen I have to leave him a poor review so that others are aware.The reason for Mr. Thomsen's poor review is for the following reasons:1. He was significantly late to every meeting that was held with him, and often there was no communication on how long it would be before he made it to the meeting which was disrespectful.2. He did not communicate clearly (in writing or a spreadsheet) about the offers he was looking into for different banks and he was not able to show a summary of the work he had done . This made it difficult to assess how much effort Mr. Thomsen put into the inquiry before our calls.3. He actively did not pursue the financing option that was stated as the preferred one. It was actively asked about the financing options he was pursuing with banks though email, and in those cases he just did not clarify what he was doing.4. He asked all the banks for mortgages using an incorrect property value - he actually was off by over 12% (too high) on the total cost (over 65 thousand) which meant that he didn't get proper responses on the property and therefore we were not given truthful answers.This review is not fake - and Mr. Christiansen has tried to prevent me from honestly reviewing on the Baufi-Nord website and now on google which is concerning
