Sauberes und schön gestaltetes Yoga Shala in Kreuzberg. Matten und Props kann man dort umsonst ausleihen.Vor allem Jivamukti mit Sheila und Yin mit Susanne sind klasse Kurse. Beide Lehrerinnen sind großartig darin, ihre Leidenschaft für Yoga zu vermitteln.Einziger (kleiner) Kritikpunkt: YogaNow liegt im Dachgeschoss, im Sommer kann es unglaublich heiß werden.

The yoga classes are ok, nothing special. I arrived at the studio 12:00 (exactly on time) and she told me to hurry up because I late.. Then 5 minutes later a person knocked the door and the teacher just ignored it. The door was locked.. I found it very rude, no to open the door to a person how late for a few minutes. I felt very uncomfortable. I was very welcome to wait for a little till she open the door, but she didn't. No kind.Definitely yoga philosophy doesn't represent behaviors like this.

Bin wirklich noch ein Yoga Beginner. Die Sessions mit Luisa sind überragend, ich lerne super viel - fühle mich dort wirklich wohl. Can highly recommend.

Sehr warmer klimatischer Ort. Perfekt für Yoga und Meditation. Ich liebe es hier zu sein einfach passt alles. Toller Ort und freundliches Team. Danke :-)

I arrived at 18.18 for a class that started at 18.15. It was the first time I'd booked a class here so i didn't find the studio straight away. The door was locked when I got there and although I knocked and could hear well through the door that they were only just starting, no one opened up. This was a bit harsh I feel!

Ich glaube Yin Yoga sollte entspannen, war leider für mich hier ziemlich anstrengend. Ich mache Yoga in den letzten Monaten ziemlich regelmäßig, bin aber noch relativ unflexibel, leider waren die meisten Übungen eher für flexible Leute geeignet und der Lehrer hat sich selten bemüht, um eine Alternative bzw. leichtere Variation vorzuschlagen. Ich bekam also das Gefühl, dass ich nicht gut genug bin bzw. da nicht gehöre, man muss aber irgendwo anfangen oder? Oder wenn die Klasse eher nicht für unflexible Leute geeignet ist, sollte man das in der Beschreibung deutlich erklären.Dazu wurde der Raum verspätet geöffnet, und trotzdem hat die Unterricht ganz schnell angefangen, kaum 5 Minuten nachdem wir reingelassen wurden, d.h. es gab keine Zeit um entspannt umzuziehen, pinkeln zu gehen und das Zubehör zu organisieren. Alles wurde daher stressig und ich habe deswegen ein Teil der Anfangsmeditation verpasst, und irgendwie auch von dem Lehrer Ärger bekommen, als ob die Verspätung an mir liegt... vielleicht hätte er stattdessen noch eine kurze Minute auf mich warten können?Also, leider gar keine entspannende oder schöne Erfahrung...

Ein super schönes Studio mit tollen Lehrern und Schülern. Ich komme gerne hier her, um Ruhe, Kraft und Kreativität zu finden. Jan ist stets offen und fördert individuell die Praxis. Ich bin dankbar ein so schönes Studio in der Nähe zu haben.

Booked a class for 20:00. Since it was my first time here it took me a while to find a place and then get to the top floor via stairs. I was at the door at 19:59 and it was already locked. I could hear that the teacher was introducing the class (and promoting their online classes) and I’m sure they could hear me knocking and walking back and forth at the door - though 0 reaction. I appreciate yoga classes being special state of mind though such behavior is disrespectful in my opinion.

Disappointing to say the least. I had just made a subscription to Urban Sports Club and tried to use my pass for the class but little did I know the subscription I had wasn't fit for this. I found the attitude unkind and there was a real lack of understanding for the fact that I simply didn't know. Was then made to pay €16 at a discounted rate. Far too expensive for one class and as a yoga teacher myself I can say the mentality is definitely not in line with yoga philosophy. Shame because I live locally however I definitely won't be back anytime soon.
