This guy is a joke. Made a deal with him on the phone to pick up a bike between 10 and 11. When I arrive he has given the bike to someone else.

This is not a store front. You need to go to the back and their name is on the panel. Call up and they will come down. Very reasonable price for city bikes. The bikes are in great shape and staff is very friendly.

Klaus was professional and very nice. This is the second time I rented touring bikes from him for the EuroVelo 15 route. The bike was great - functioned flawlessly during the 320km trip. All my requests were accommodated. Will definitely rent again - maybe some MTB in the area next time. Thanks!

We rented bikes from rent-a-sportsman today to ride some of the trails around Baden Baden. Excellent service and even had groves for us on this chilly day. The bikes were older but in great mechanical shape. The owner gave us great insight about the area. Next time I will use him as a guide and explore more of the area. As mentioned in other posts, there is no store front, you have to call.
