Last time I was here after a bike accident, I spent 11 hours waiting (and bleeding). Now I am here again (since it’s the closest one to my home), waiting for the 4’th hour, while most of the people that arrived after me are gone. I have absolutely no idea how priorities work in this place, sorry…Update: after 7 hours I still did not receive any help or update, avoid this place AT ALL COSTSThis is not an emergency room, not anywhere close to an emergency room.

I went here on a Wednesday night. I expected that the wait Would be very long. I asked them at registration how long it would be. They told me it would be about four hours. I left with the cast for my fractured elbow after just before five hours. Not bad! Especially because they told me it might be longer because they were very busy. I am aware that there are a lot of staffing shortages in hospitals in Germany. I really appreciated that they helped me manage my expectations for time. They move me through as quick as they could. The staff wasn’t friendly like my mother when I’m sick, but after the pandemic, I think civil and basic politeness is plenty. They’re hard working people, and I’m thankful for the treatment they provided.

Don’t ever go here for anything or at least call before you go. This place is teeming with the dregs of society at all hours. But what makes things worse is that they don’t perform many emergency services at all. Check before you go or avoid altogether.

Ich fand die Geburt vor 4 Jahren einfach nur Top und sowie der Kreis SaalNatürlich gibt es bessere aber wenn man nicht weit weg Entbinden will und was in der nähe haben will ist das als alternative sehr gut

Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, trotz einer hohen Dichte an Junkies und hageldichten Obdachlosen.Der Snackautomat hat ne Stabile Auswahl und die Preise sind top.Ein Besuch lohnt sich!

One star is too much. Pathetic,run down place, unfriendly/unhelpful staff and the rudest receptionist ever. Avoid at all costs.

Lange Wartezeiten, aber die Behandlung war ganz gut und das ist erstmal vorrangig.
