⚠️⚠️BEWARE PRICE GOUGING⚠️⚠️If I could give 0 stars I would! I am beyond upset with the price gouging this place is doing to the nearby military community. I went in for a simple color change (No pedicure) just a color change. And was charged €25. Yes €25 for a COLOR CHANGE! When asked about the pricing, the lady said “that’s our price for Shellac”. I explained that I didn’t get a full pedicure just a color change. She insisted €25 was the price. Mind you, if I would have gotten a full pedicure it would have only been €24, but a color change is €25? please tell me how that’s makes any sense at all. Unfortunately they just lost a customer.

Going to this place for a pedicure waist of money. €24 for her to wash my feet with water. No soap, no jets, no foot scrub, no nothing! I told the lady no blade, she had no alternative ie: a pumice stone to scrub underneath my feet. Could’ve just let my kids play with my feet if I knew the outcome was going to be this. A massage chair that felt as if it was overworked and on its last leg. Then when leaving tried to charge me €33 for basic color, no gel! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there for pedicure.

While the nails are cute it is not what I asked for. I wanted a regular manicure but the guy couldn't understand what I was saying and gave me fake nails. Fine whatever, I then asked 3 for a design to be put on (since we were going full set). Both employees told me yes but I left without, even after asking for it again. Before work even began, I asked for the price of a Mani and a Pedi, was told €33 but low and behold when it came time to pay it was doubled. I had also asked if they took card, was told yes, but again when it came time to pay they were cash only.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei American Nail's in Vilseck. Service war Okay, Personal freundlich. Mit dem Endprodukt bin ich sehr Glücklich. 2 Punkte Abzug wegen der Hygiene/Reinigung. Die Wanne am Pediküren Stuhl wurden vom Vorgänger nicht gereinigt. Es wurde eine Dame in den Stuhl gesetzt,die Wanne wieder Befüllt ohne diese auszuwaschen oder vorher kurz einzusprühen. Verbesserungs Vorschlag: Fuß Ablage,Wanne und Sitz vor jedem Benutzen desinfizieren! Die Kunden werden sich 100% wohler fühlen.

Super Studio! Alle total freundlich und vorsichtig beim arbeiten.Auch tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ich war super schnell fertig.Ich werde definitiv wieder hingehen.
