Super siłownia, bardzo pomocny personel a przede wszystkim dopasowane do potrzeb i poziomu treningi personalne. Polecam zajęcia z P. Kasią, są efektywne i wymagające, a trenerka bardzo miła i motywująca.

The gym is full in the evenings. Yet some *** visitors block two exercise machines or weights. One even blocked exercise machines with a distance of easily 10 meters. He then simply stole the handle from me because he was practicing". Frequently people dont use towels and don't bring handles back. I had a good experience with the trainers

Na plus to, że silownia jest nowa i jest dobrze wyposażona. Trenerzy bardzo fajni. Na minus: 1. mała oferta zajęć fitness, przydałby się antystres tak jak w innych placówkach ( to nie jest to samo co joga!), 2. nie ma zegara w żadnym miejscu 3. szafki w szatni na kłódeczkę, których zamknięcie zawsze wiąże się z problemem, 4. brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem.

Fajna siłownia ale niemiła obsługa, nie można zostawić hulajnogi (czystej) za recepcja. Bardzo się zawiodłem bo ta „usługa” bez problemu jest dostępna na konkurencyjnym Platinium.Pani skwitowała ze mogę sobie zostawić na zewnątrz, no tak oczywiste jednakże rowery pracowników nieraz stały w korytarzu - podwójne standardy. Bardzo się zawiodłem i przestane tu chodzić z tego małego faktu.Wiem ze dla niektórych może się to wydawać wyimaginowanym problemem jednakże zawiodło mnie podejście do klienta i brak chęci rozwiązania problemu. Przydałoby się jakieś szkolenie z Customer service

The gym is good overall and has plenty of equipments to train. However, showers are nightmare, you have to always keep the button pushed to have proper water flow which is ridiculous. It’s quite a struggle to have a proper shower. Not sure why they have constructed it that way - they want to save money by reducing water usage or smt? This is really not good.Also, the staff is so impolite and rude. Next time hire someone with knowledge of customer service.

Everything is fine until you come across their customer service. The girl at the reception incorrectly explained the account freezing process to me. We clearly discussed about frozen my account for a few months but she froze it for 1 month only. They charged a few times the monthly fee after that and refused to freeze account remotely. They don't take any responsibility of their employees mistakes and don't value their members. It is not a way you should treat your clients. I would not recommend to use them.

Large gym with tons of equipment. Lots of variety. You never have to wait because there is plenty of equipment to go around. I was able to complete my powerlifting workout (squats, bench, incline bench, etc).The day pass was affordable and easy to pay upon arrival. If you don’t see the entrance at first, walk around the corner in between the two buildings as you won’t see the gym from the main road.

NO FRESH AIR! I told multiple times at reception about this problem. And the owner doesn't care about broken air conditioning, obviously. If you want to SWEAT like a PIG, this place is for you. Guys, you are providing a gym as a service. You need two main things - weights and air conditioning and you fail to understand this. This is unacceptable for a gym and the way you ignore my complaints is shameful.

Девушки на рецепции вообще не понятно, чем занимаются. Они абсолютно некомпетентны в своей работе, из-за чего страдают клиентыОборудование не убирается на свои места, нужно бегать искать нужные гантели по залу, вечный бардак.Работники зала не знают, что тренажер сломан, не вешают таблички о поломке. Лавки скрипят и шатаются. Об этом должны говорить клиенты зала? Вы делаете «обходы» оборудования?Мужик с судками - это вообще как? Давайте каждый придет со своей едой и кофе в зал! Недопустимо!Я занималась в десятках залов, но хуже еще не встречала. Не вернусь.
