This yoga studio is one of the bests I have been in Berlin! :D The grounding, slow but very intensive yoga exercises have helped me to ground myself and strengthen my whole body. Perfect to deal with my anxiety. The teacher is super kind, friendly and takes care during the class that you do the positions right. I felt very welcome and at home. Thank you so much!

++++++ English Below ++++++++++Das Studio Evolve Yoga ist mit Abstand das beste Studio, was ich in Berlin besucht habe. Die Betreiberin und Forrest-Yoga Guardian Sita sowie die Yoga-Lehrerin Claudine sind so unglaublich tolle Menschen und noch viel bessere Lehrerinnen. Bevor ich im Februar 2020 dieses Studio ausprobiert habe, wusste ich gar nicht, wie viele Fehlhaltungen ich in meinen Posen habe. Sowohl Sita als auch Claudine sind darum bemüht, die durchgeführten Posten zu korrigieren und - wenn Nötig - Hilfestellungen anzubieten. Das habe ich in keinem anderen Yoga-Studio in Berlin in diesem Ausmaß erlebt. Angesagte Studios in Kreuzberg und Neukölln haben zwar auch tolle Angebote, aber die Yogalehrer:innen dort korrigieren selten bis nie durchgeführte Posen, sondern führen diese nur vor. Was auch kein Wunder ist, wenn Klassen auf bis zu 30 Personen ausgelegt sind. Kurzum: Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Auch in den Corona-Zeiten bemühen sich Sita und Claudine unglaublich, ihren Schüler:innen gerecht zu werden und uns zu unterstützen. Sogar Online-Klassen fehlt es nicht an Anleitung und direkter Kommunikation mit den beiden. Ich kann diese Studio mehr als empfehlen. Außerdem kann ich das Studio queeren Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.--------------------------------------The studio Evolve Yoga is by far one of the best studios in Berlin that I have tried. The owner and forrest yoga guardian Sita as well as her colleague Claudine are both such nice teachers who always encourage their students with warm words and helpful feedback. Before I started my yoga practice at Evolve Yoga in February 2020, I did not know much about the correct execution of poses nor about breath in yoga. Both Sita and Claudine are always do their best to correct when necessary and really give me the feeling of being with me on my yoga journey of becoming more aware of my body and mind. Until now, I did not experience this support in any other Yoga-Studio in Berlin - especially not in the popular ones in Neukölln or Kreuzberg, where the instructor does not have the time or capacity to look out for their students. Moreover, both Sita and Claudine continue to support their students and uphold communication even during online classes. Should, unfortunately, a look-down due to Corona happen again, I know that my yoga practice won't suffer as much as it would in other studios without this consciousness on correct execution of poses and breath.Long-story-short: I can completely recommend this studio without any doubts. In addition, I never feel uncomfortable as a queer person in this studio. It also very international in terms of the students.

Very very good yoga class here. Creative and challenging but offered different variations for different levels and warm and supportive atmosphere.

A wonderful place with extremely competent and dedicated teachers. Also great online classes at the moment. Yoga with Sita or Claudine has always been a lovely experience for me.

I am so happy I found this studio. There are not many places teaching Forrest Yoga and this is now my favorite one. The class left me feeling grounded and centered with lots of positive energy. Sita is a wonderful teacher and I will definitely be coming back.

Love this place. Sita is an amazing yoga teacher who has helped me to develope my own Forrest® yoga practice further. If you want to understand this yoga style, its alignment and really want to learn to feel into the asanas you should join her.
