Iimori Ichiba

A convenient spot for a quick lunch or dinner, and for shopping Japanese snack and cooking materials. I in particular like the curry bread they have next to the cashier, but the stock is always low when I visit the shop (after 5pm). It's open on Sunday which can come very handy. Staff are always polite and friendly.

Ein sehr authentischer und ruhiger Laden mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Das Chicken Katsu war unfassbar lecker! Wir sind begeistert und werden wieder kommen :)

Netter Laden, kann nicht viel zu den Gerichten sagen. Ist zum Einkaufen und auch essen. Es gibt sogar Rahmensuppen!!!Aber due Lage finde ich nicht so optimal !!!

All all the Japanese fast food I ate so far between Stuttgart and Frankfurt, this place is the best. The rice is really Japanese and everything is freshly cooked there.Very nice kind and polite staff

Cute Japanese grocery store with a small selection of cakes and ice cream. The cake itself was ok. Not so sweet, but the taste was also not so intense. The staff was very friendly though.

Ein japanisches Restaurant inklusive einem kleinen japanischen Einkaufsladen. Neben den leckeren Gerichten finden sich dort Lebensmittel, Süßigkeiten, Geschirr und japanische Getränke. Zwar alles nicht sehr preiswert, aber sehr lohnenswert. Ich bin sehr überzeugt und werde öfters dort zum einkaufen und Knabbern hingehen.

a very nice and cozy supermarket with an eatery included. I had a delicious ramen there alongside an authentic Japanese softdrink and an excellent raspberry- sencha tea afterwards. Nice place to sit down, relax and enjoy Japanese hospitality.

A small Japanese shop selling genuine Japanese merchandise like tea, soft drinks, candies, snacks, noodles, seasonings, rice, shochu, sake etc. with a cafe offering drinks and meals like ramen, bento, curry as well as Western style cakes. Their location is secluded and difficult to find if you don't know the place.Goods there are a bit pricey. After all, you don't have many choices in Frankfurt for what they are selling.I tried their Karaage bento (deep fried chicken meal set). It was prepared freshly after order. The chicken meat was well cooked with crispy batter outside while the meat was juicy though the meat did not have much taste. They might have added too much water to cook the rice which was too soft and lacked the stickiness that Japanese rice should have.Maybe I have had high expectation on Iimori brand, I was a bit disappointed on the meal as a whole. I am yet to try their ramens and cakes to have a more complete view on them and see if the rating needs to be revised.
