Very friendly and informative customer service

The office has moved to near the ROB Java Cafe. Do not waste your time going to this location.

Mr Selvey assisted me today and was so nice! I appreciated the personal touch as well as the quickness.

I work on Ramstein and I prefer the ROB VAT office over the Ramstein one. I have gone here for at least 30 VAT forms, including the NF-2 (purchases over €2500). ROB VAT office is WALK-INS ONLY which is way better than the Ramstein office. The Ramstein VAT office is usually a two- to three-day wait to get an appointment and you have to book on Ramstein’s appointment website. I also like that the ROB VAT office is open until 17:00, which gives me time to leave work and get over there. Finally, the staff at ROB are very friendly, accommodating, and have excellent customer service. They were very helpful in walking a novice like me through the NF-2 process. These folks are top-notch. Keep up the good work!

How can you make an appointment if no one answers the phone? I've called several times today and the phone constantly goes to voice mail. There's no way that they are serving customers and cannot answer the phone.
