The first thing that I look for whenever I am seeking a service is good customer servicing. Friendly, responsible, and respectful human relations are very important for any transaction and this applies more so for businesses. Customer servicing at this shop is excellent: warm hearted, welcoming, and very flexible. I have designed my weinachtskranz last year and will do so in the upcoming year too. I also buy my flower bouquets from there. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. The selection is not huge, but the patient and accommodating service means that in the end, I can create something beautiful within a very reasonable price range. I know that I will always be served with a smile!
