The Suites | City Apartments Alsterlake

Super zentrales und modernes Apartment. Zugang bekommt man durch eine Schlüsselbox, worin sich 2 Chips befinden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Von Waschmaschinentabs, über ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Kaffeepulver usw.. Ein Flat-Tv mit Netflix rundet das ganze noch ab und man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause.Das Wohnviertel ist wunderschön... überall sind Alleen und Parks, die mit riesigen Bäumen bewachsen sind. Direkt gegenüber der Terasse, ist eine Haltestelle der roten Linie. (Hop on Hop Off Tour). So kann man gemütlich auf seiner Sitzlounge warten bis der Doppeldeckerbus kommt. Auch die S- und U- Bahn sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Man kann überall an den Straßen parken, der Tageshöchsatz beträgt 11,50€, was für Hamburg super günstig ist. Wir können das Apartment nur jedem empfehlen... vielen Dank nochmal an das *The Suites Team*!

We had a very pleasant stay! The location is just perfect in a calm area right next to beautiful Alsterlake and a cool student area with tons of good food options.Communication with the hosts was perfect! We'll be back here next time we visit Hamburg :) Thanks!

The rooms are bad In one or another way and the bathrooms are way to far from the rooms and the lights in them makes it very uncomfortable to be in. I feel like there is no privacy in one of the rooms because it is RIGHT next to a giant shower and you can walk right into the shower from the rest of the house. I don’t think you should come here if you don’t want to get claustrophobia.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Vorgarten mitten in der Innenstadt umgeben von Parks. Trotzdem man ein paar Stufen hinunter geht ist das Apartment hell gelegen, es verfügt über alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Sehr gemütliche Betten, die Regendusche gefiel uns sehr und auch die schlüssellose Option mit Chip oder Handy ins Apartment zu gelangen. Wir hatten eine eigene Eingangstür und konnten bei Sonnenschein auf der kleinen zum Apartment zugehörigen Terrasse frühstücken. Sehr zu empfehlen, jedoch nur 4 von 5 Sternen, da leider kein persönlicher Empfang stattgefunden hat. Für die tolle Gegend hätten wir uns eine Gästemappe gewünscht, jedoch hat Google uns geholfen. Wirklich die perfekte Lage direkt 2 Minuten zum Alsterufer.

This review serves as a warning to potential tenants who value their health and well-being.Upon moving into this basement apartment, we were greeted with an appalling sight. The kitchen window directly faced a dumpster, which emitted a nauseating stench. The area surrounding the dumpster was infested with mold, dust, and an alarming number of bugs. It was a breeding ground for potential health hazards.Not only did the unsanitary conditions create an uncomfortable living environment, but they also had a severe impact on my children's health. Both of my kids developed asthma as a result of the mold, dust, and insects in the apartment. We immediately notified the owner, hoping for prompt action to rectify the situation.Unfortunately, the owner's response was utterly disappointing. Despite multiple complaints, they failed to take any meaningful steps to address the issues. Their indifference and negligence towards our concerns were deeply disheartening and unprofessional.Living in such conditions was not only detrimental to our health but also violated our rights as tenants. We had hoped for a safe and habitable living space, but instead, we were met with a disregard for our well-being.I strongly advise anyone considering Suites City Apartment Alsterlake to reconsider. The lack of responsibility and apathy exhibited by the owner is inexcusable. Your health and the health of your loved ones should never be compromised for the sake of a living space.In conclusion, my experience at Suites City Apartment Alsterlake was nothing short of a nightmare. I urge potential tenants to steer clear of this establishment and prioritize their well-being and happiness elsewhere.

wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Sehr zentral gelegen, schöner kleiner Vorgarten. Tolle Einrichtung und alles was man braucht für einen Aufenthalt.
