Dentistry 4 Kidz

Not our regular dentist, but we got some work done on our kid there. The dental work seems fine, so there's that. There was a super long wait time past our appointment (and sooo many people here are saying that's very normal at this location and it is definitely NOT normal for the other two dental places we've gone to). Additionally, I'm seeing these reviews about how great they are with the kids, but they told me they have a firm policy where they won't allow a parent back with the children, so I'm wondering if the interaction the parents are witnessing are out front. I've got a horror story about a place that wouldn't let me back to see my kid (not this place) and I will never again allow my small child to be treated out of my presence. Not to say this place will have three people holding your normally very calm toddler down while he cries hysterically, but I've had that happen by people that seem pretty damn cheerful when they take your kid in back, so I'm leery of places like that. Everywhere else (American Dental/Ramstein Dental) will allow a parent to accompany the child in back, so I'll skip this place in the future if I can help it. You are your child's best (and sometimes only) advocate.

Loved it! I was at another dentist before and my daughter was crying and didn't like it at all. Here Dr. Torres-Ramirez did great my with daughter. She took her time with her and my daughter even said she had fun afterwards. She asked me multiple times if I have questions or concerns. I definitely recommend her. Also wait time wasn't bad at all!

She's perfect! My daughter loves her, and my 2 year old twins had no fear at all. The whole vibe is awesome for kids, they play Disney music in the background. Everybody is super friendly. My daughter was in great hands!

We had to come in for an emergency extraction (half broken off tooth) and they were so patient and sweet with my daughter and got to help us very quickly.You can tell they want to create an atmosphere for kids that feels safe and fun! Thank you!

AMAZING visit with this pediatric dentist. I love how they interacted with the kids, taught them, made you feel at home, and let parents take pictures of 1st time visits! Absolutely the best place to take children, I’m sad my kids only got one visit here.

Dr. Torrez-Ramirez was amazing with my son. She took her time to examine. Thank you so much for being patient with him. The front desk and team was helpful and friendly. Due to covid regulations, we had to wait outside for about 15 minutes at the longest, but thats totally acceptable. I truly recommend this dentistry for kids. I feel they are the best and most children-friendly dentistry after been to several others.

Amazing, professional and kind Team. My kids really enjoys their cleaning visit. They have a good Covid Protocal and very clean. Just be prepared for Parking limitations.

Although I appreciate the work the did on my kids. The waiting time AFTER you appointment time, is not worth it. For example, today, I had an appointment for my kids at 11, I got here at 10:45. I couldn't get a LEGAL parking spot until 10:55. Finally got inside the building at 10:53. I am still waiting for a “ROOM TO BE READY” for my kids to seen. Three people with appointments after mine, was allowed to enter. (UPDATE)Its now 11:36, and i was allowed to enter and wait AGAIN, before they can be seen.

Dr. Torres-Ramirez is fantastic. Her whole office is a pleasure to work with as well. They are very personable and kind. My son felt comfortable and that is important. I believe she honestly cares about her patients.

This place has the worst ever customer service. Our first appointment we were made to wait one hour. Our second appointment we had to wait 45 minutes. If you can't see us at our appointment time then simply do a better job at scheduling your patients and managing your time. The dentist is also horrible with parents and kids. She will make you feel guilty about not brushing your two year old's teeth twice a day and flossing. I realize that dental hygiene is important which is why I made the appointment but it's hard enough to get a two year old to brush once a day and I don't need my dentist stressing me and my child out over it. Overall a horrible experience and will never go here again.
