Very comfortable shared appartment. Especially the facility management service was always very helpful with minor issues. Can recommend this to any incoming students looking for an uncomplicated furnished home.

I have been a tenant here for 1 and 1/2 years. The house is located in a very strategic location just a 10 mins walk to hbf. The conditions of the house is very good as well. The landlord is very professional and easy to deal with. The downsides will be the rent, it is quite pricey for me because I’m a student and also the internet speed in that area is not good but they will install fibre optics next year. Overall it was a good experience living here i would recommend it to people.

Wohnungen sind angenehm eingerichtet und der Hausmeister immer erreichbar und zusammen mit dem Vermieter wundervolle Ansprechpartner bei jedem Problem.Ich kann die Wohnungen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The common areas of the house were also clean and well-stocked. The location of the house was convenient - it was just a short walk to the Hbf.The landlord is very professional, extremely responsive and helpful throughout the rental process.I would definitely consider renting this room again in the future.

Sehr gemütliche WG. Vor allem der Facility Management Service war bei kleineren Problemen immer sehr hilfsbereit. Kann es allen Incoming-Studenten empfehlen, die ein unkompliziert eingerichtetes Zuhause suchen.

Had the best stay as a student of the Universität Duisburg-Essen. The WG is spacious, clean, and especially has the best location. Near the train station, groceries, and directly in front of the campus. The landlord is super friendly and helpful as well, super recommended!
