I just bought a phone there last week and I regret not remembering the girl's name that works there. She was rude from the beginning. We just walked in and she had a terrible attitude. I was asking about the payments options and she literally rolled her eyes at me. I used to work in customer service and I would have been fired if I would have had her attitude.

I started service with Telekom March 2019 until we left Feb. 2020. My number was 0151-557-17419. I gave them notice in December and she said I needed to give them 90 days not 60 days. I agreed to make the payment in March even though we were long gone from Germany and in America. However the payments have continued into April and May and June. These must stop and we want the refund from these last three withdrawals from Service Credit Union. I tried to reach you by phone today, I will try again tomorrow. Thank you, Mrs. William J. The lady that assist me today was very professional (short with long hair with a pretty smile) I was educated by her on how to install the product I purchase even other informational stuff in the store she shared I would definitely recommend this store to others (exchange mobile centers/BAUMHOLDER).
