Laddu Gopal Hotel and Restaurant

Gute Adresse in Wolfsburg. Preis-Leistung passte sehr gut. Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt.Trotz der schwierigen Corona Situation alles recht unkompliziert und sicher.Somit bestand die Möglichkeit wahlweise im Zimmer oder im Restaurant zu essen.Das Essen war sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen.

I am rating the hotel, not the food.When we arrived, the staff seemed confused, although we booked the room over a month ago. Then they told us, that they gave our room key to another person who just left (!?!). Then we had to get in contact with that person, who we coincidentally knew because he was going to the same event nearby. So we went to the event without a room key and without knowing if we would be able to get into our room or even into the hotel in the middle of the night. In the end, they were just confused and actually our room key was put in the door of our room. But if we didn't know the other person, and couldn't have gone back with them together, we maybe wouldn't have gotten into the hotel at 2am.When we finally got into our room, it was not a double bed like we booked, but two seperate beds, but that's no biggie. The bathroom though smelled strongly of curry (I'm not joking I swear) and had black mold in the corners of the ceiling. The room did not feel clean in general.Other guests who went to the same event had similar issues with their rooms including mold and smelly used towels and bedding. The food could be really great, I don't know because I didn't try it, and the staff was friendly (though they did not speak German and only medicore English), but the hotel is really not recommandable, sorry. Also we payed almost 80€ for two people and one night.

Sehr gut besucht, auf jeden Fall Tisch reservieren. Sehr gute Preise und Essen von guter Qualität. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, geht gern auf besondere Wünsche ein. Parkplätze gut erreichbar.

Sehr zuvorkommender Kellner, leckerer Geschmack, gute Beratung, tolles Ambiente. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
