I did not get my Kaution ca. 2000€ back since 7 Months. They had 6 months to pay my Kaution legally and they exceeded this period and I still don’t have my Kaution. I send a Mahnung with 2 weeks ago with a 2 weeks of deadline. And they still don‘t pay my Kaution. I do not recommend this unreliable company.

Funktional eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht: eigene Küche, eigenes Bad. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Miete ist hoch, jedoch für München angemessen.

habe 1 Jahr im Campus Viva in der Baierbrunner Straße gewohnt. Es war erstbezug und sehr geräumig eingerichtet (das ist auch das einzig positive), schon von anfang an gab es Probleme mit den Türklinken, Duschköpfen, WC-Spülungen und einige Wasserschäden im Gebäude. Zudem ist im Mietvertrag eine Staffelmiete mitinbegriffen, d.h. ihr zahlt jedes jahr 10€ mehr Miete. Aber man kann ja so mit den Studenten in München umgehen, weil man hier sonst nichts anderes bekommt...

Everything works great until you sign the contract, after that everything is like pulling teeth with the office. My apartment wasn’t painted before I got there and looked like it hadn’t been in years and even though they make it seem like it’s this student campus environment, the common area is super old and no one goes there.After moving out and looking around in the market, the rent is expensive for what you get, both in square footage and location.Communication with the office is super complicated, they don’t answer emails, when you call you’re always redirected to another employee who is coincidentally never there to answer your questions, etc. They took all six months allowed by german law to refund my safety deposit, again ignored emails and always told me it was definitely due by Friday of whatever week we were in.tldr: customer service is really horrible, rent is high for what you get; it’s not a student campus building, just a regular building. It’s somewhat practical to find and book, but you could probably do better.

The address and Location is not updated and the phone number does not respond. Does not look as a reliable company !!

Do not come to this campus.I lived there for 7 months and the people in charge of the campus are extremely rude, especially to people who are not German. My room shower didn't work, I had to buy everything, they never gave me the money for what I invested and in the end they took 200€ from my deposit and gave me no reason for that after I moved out. I warn that the deposit is extremely high for the conditions. Horrible experience.Ms. Bade is an extremely rude person. Don't trust her because I suspect she made it up to take the 200€ deposit from me since there is no plausible explanation.
