Sehr freundlich und ehrlich.Ich hielt die Hörmuschel von meinem iPhone für defekt. Hier wurde sie einfach kurz gereinigt und alles ist wieder gut. Kostenlos!Auch das Gespräch mit der Kundin vor mir, verlief total transparent und ehrlich. Seltenheit in diesem Business. Ich weiß, wo ich mit meinem nächsten defekten Apple hingehe.

I was fixing a broken display in my iPhone SE 2020 here a few months ago. Took me a while to write a comment, but got motivated by the fact that it’s again unusable I need to buy a new one/replace the screen again.I paid 120€ for a “better quality” screen - even though it was advertised as same day service I had to come there 3 days in the row. The quality is really bad - the brightness compared to original is just a joke also when I put a protective screen the touch didn’t work at all. After the repair I’m unable to use Siri, the display is unresponsive.Overall if you break your screen replace it in the authorized Apple Shop.One star extra for fixing the other phone free of charge - charging didn’t work, the owner cleaned it and it fixed the issue.

Whilst visiting Berlin for a few days my laptop mysteriously stopped working, I needed it urgently for work and was feeling really stressed about what to do - but thankfully I stumbled upon the owner of this repair shop! He was so kind and helpful and took my laptop in to work on it over the weekend, he gave it back to me fully working on Monday and didn't ask for any payment - he had even replaced the missing screws in the back of it! I am so grateful for your help and would recommend this patient, efficient and skill-full repair service to anyone in Berlin! Danke!
