Arrived 2.5 hours late for car collection at Krakow main station with no explanation or apology.Then add illegal made up additional changes arbitrarily some of which 11 days post the booking on the whim of customer service department. This company does not care about customers. This company accuses customers of lying. If renting a car in Poland instead a reputable company such as Odkryj-Auto instead of these cowboys. Online check in does not work. Confusing automated emails. I have never had a worse car rental experience.

Los chicos son amables una vez llegan, pero no tienen oficina y es complicado encontrar el punto de encuentro, ya que no te envían orientaciones y es una plaza de aparcamiento en el parking de la estación de Glowny.En esa plaza encuentras un cartel con un teléfono que te habla solo en polaco, por lo que no entendíamos nada de nada... Pasamos un mal rato hasta que llegó nuestro coche 15 minutos tarde... sin saber si estábamos en el sitio correcto... En fin...El coche resultó bien, y finalmente no nos fue mal... pero deberían advertir que no hay oficina y ofrecer una mejor información

Otrzymałem samochód brudny z zewnątrz oraz w środku, kierownica kleiła się do rąk. Samochód był zatankowany w połowie, co utrudniało rozpoczęcie podróży. Podejście firmy jest nastawione na utarczki i udręki z klientem. Wskazują na to brudne samochody, bez czujników parkowania, w połowie zatankowane.

Jak zwykle cały proces wynajmu przebiegł idealnie. Najnowszy model samochodu, auto czyste, sprawne, z bardzo niskim przebiegiem. Do tego obsługa na najwyższym poziomie - mili, sympatyczni i punktualni przedstawiciele Express, transparentne zasady wynajmu bez ukrytych kruczków oraz oferta cenowa skalkulowana na rozsądnym, konkurencyjnym poziomie. Polecam.

Just returned a car today. Had it for just over two weeks. First of all, the prices were very good, but the convenience of being able to pick up at the train station was fantastic for us. They met us on the parking deck of Galeria Krakowska. (You take the elevator up to the parking deck, walk over a little bridge, and look for Express, Avis, etc. They each have a painted parking space, not a desk). We signed the paperwork on their electronic device, looked for damages, (none), and got the keys. The car we had was a Seat Arona. Drove/handled very well. Lots of space for bags, and loads of head room. They asked us to contact them with our drop off time, and verified it, and we're there when we drove up. (Hint - if you are taking the train to Warsaw, stay at the Ibis...the exit ramp leads right up to the car drop off area. Could not have been easier!) Final result - VERY happy with our service, our car, and our pricing and will definitely use Express Car Rental again. Thank you!

Nie polecam z góry tej wyporzyczalni.Radze przed wyporzyczeniem dokładnie obejrzeć auto z lupą.Przekazanie auta odbywa się expresowo i później podpinają wcześniejsze uszkodzenia pod ciebie .Płacicie ich smieszne ubezpieczenia o zniesieniu szkody które w wynajmie długoterminowym nic nie dają.Przy zdaniu robia ogledziny ze tak powiem z łupa i przy dużym powiększeniu.Zwykle odpryski lakieru i ślady użytkowania auta robia się uszkodzeniami na gruba kase .Ubezpieczenia niby nie starcza i trzeba odciąć z kaucji za samochod.Podczas ogledzin wychodzi nawet że bębenki zamków zniszczyłeś chociaż używasz pilota i nigdy nie włożyłeś kluczyka do zamku bo są seryjne zaślepki.Chcesz płacić wyzyskiwaczom i oszust.. wynajmuj tam fure.

Podstawiają auto NIESPRAWNE technicznie przy zawarciu najmu na okres 12 miesięcy. 3 razy Opel Astra został zabrany do serwisu i wyłączony z eksploatacji finalnie. Najlepsze jest to, że nie zerwałem umowy a jestem bez auta bo rozkapryszona Pani Ania zdecydowała że odbierają ode mnie auto zastępcze. Pani Ania z biura wprowadza w błąd. W necie info, że wpłata 0 zł a ode mnie wymoszono wpłatę kaucji (wysokość miesięcznego najmu) dodatkowo kwoty na wystawionych fakturach różnią się od kwot na umowie. Sprawa zgłaszam do odpowiednich instytucji. Może ktoś tej babie utrze nosa. Kierownicy boją się rozmawiać z ludźmi. Nie polecam i przestrzegam przed nimi!!!!!

הייתה לנו חוויה נפלאה עם הרכב ששכרנו קיא ספורטאז'. איש הקשר שלנו, רפאל, היה שירותי וזמין גם לפני שהגענו ועד הסוף. ביקשנו מנוע דיזל וקיבלנו רכב חדיש עם קילומטראז' נמוך ששירת אותנו נאמנה במשך 3 שבועות. הביאו לנו את הרכב למלון על יד שדה התעופה ובאו לאסוף אותו מהמלון במרכז העיר קרקוב. מאוד נוח וזול משמעותית מהחברות הבינלומיות.We had a wonderful experience with the Kia Sportage we rented. Our contact, Rafael, was helpful and available even before we arrived and to the end. We asked for a diesel engine and got a modern vehicle with low mileage that served us faithfully for 3 weeks. They brought the car to the hotel near the airport and picked it up from the hotel in the center of Krakow. Very convenient and significantly cheaper than the international companies.

Horrible service, dodging of dropping off the car, trying to scam me with return fees and not brave enough to answer me on the phone. Absolutely avoid at all cost.Update: They amended the return fees, first 2200, then 78, then 48.Then, constant delay in returning the deposit. So far no improvement in solving the issues in a timely and professional manner.

We waren door omstandigheden een kwartier te laat op het ophaalpunt. Er was niemand meer aanwezig. Ik heb meermaals het aangegeven telefoonnummer gebeld maar kreeg geen medewerker aan de lijn. Steeds stond ik in de wacht. 50 euro kwijt en 600 zloty voor een taxi. Niet klantvriendelijk.
