James and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish at the time of original purchase for our Outback and BMW to yesterday when we sold the cars back to them. Honestly very happy with our experience here! Matt helped my wife and I out and was very nice, easy to talk to, knows his stuff and helped us every step of the way. It can be pretty overwhelming buying a car in Germany but with Matt at our side. It was a very easy going experience. Would highly recommend! All the cars here look beautiful and you can tell are well kept.

To long, didn't read: USED CAR GUYS IS THE ONLY CAR SALES COMPANY YOU SHOULD BE USING!In July of 2020, in the height of COVID, my wife and I arrived in Germany without any idea of how to purchase a car in a foreign country. We searched for an SUV and immediately found one within our price range at Used Car Guys (UCG). Our salesman, John R. was EXTREMELY helpful and even went with me to German customs to help us buy the vehicle.Fast-forward to yesterday (July 11, 2023). After trying to sell our SUV to Military Auto Source (MAS), we were met with multiple issues and roadblocks regarding the paperwork. More than 50 emails were sent back and forth over the course of a week. I contacted UCG to help me locate documents that were being asked of me... until I realized that the hassle of the extra $800 I was chasing wasn't worth the hassle. After MAS not showing up to our appointment, I drove over to UCG and met with James. After less than an hour, my mind was at ease and the paperwork was done. I cannot recommend Natasha and Karina enough. They made me laugh despite the stress I was under to get the vehicle sold by the time we leave the country. They are literally angels!! Natasha even provided me with step-by-step instructions for German customs all the way down to where to park. Incredible!All I had to do today was German customs and drop off the deregistration papers with the wonderful Vicky (Seriously, this whole process was less than 26 hours! I cannot recommend this team enough!)If you're wanting to avoid scummy salesmen and you want quality professionalism paired with superior personalities that make you feel at ease (and no pressure), you've found the right people. 5 stars all the way around.. from purchasing to selling!
