Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin.Gehen auf Kundenwünsche ein und finden super schnell eine Lösung.Brauchten ein suv und es wurde sofort einer gefunden.Es gab dann einen VW TiguanNur zu empfehlen :)

Sehr netter Empfang und eine super Bedienung! Alle Wünsche erfüllt, vor allem mitten in der Nacht (23 Uhr) noch persönlich besetzter Schalter. Sehr guter Kundenservice, Europcar kann ich nur empfehlen!

Got there late as the flight was delayed. The gentleman,Michael, at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and also provided and upgrade. Everything went smooth and I only wish the airport could learn something from the europcar staff.

Rip off! Had to extend rental period for 3 days and they charged over 200€ per day for the extra days! Initial price for seven days was 60€ per day!!

I rented a car for 24 hours and returned it at the exact same time I rented it. Yet Europcar has charged me for two days and is refusing to provide me with any evidence of my claim. I have requested CCTV images from the airport to support my claim but so far the service received had been absolutely disgraceful. I would avoid renting from them at all cost if you can

Friendly, helpful staff and a nice car, but much more expensive than we expected, but as the only car rental agency at the airport we had no other choice.
