yes yes and yes!! What an amazing place, we had so much fun here last night. Thank you so much for the hospitality (@ Nikolai?). We will definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again someday in the future. There are a lot of games you can choose from. And it does not matter if you do not speak German, you can still play most of the games. The games were arranged based on their difficulty. Very organized. Lots of options for the drinks and delicious waffles!

Brettspielplatz - Das Spielecafé
If you like board games at all, this is worth a visit! The atmosphere was SO welcoming and chill. It was big and clean and bright (not always standard for board game cafes), there were sandwiches and drinks and waffles available (nutella waffles were great), and free wifi. Plus you're more than welcome to order your own food for delivery! The games were well maintained, and most have both English and German language rules, so we had no problems at all despite only really speaking English.

Das Konzept ist einfach toll und familiär. Die Tische sind gemütlich, der Service super freundlich und die Spielauswahl super. Vorne kann es etwas laut werden, aber letztlich hat auch das die Spielfreude nicht getrübt!

The food is delicious, the game library is well-organized with options for all levels of players, and language barriers are not a problem as the staff provide explanations in English. It's a must-visit spot for board game enthusiasts or anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable experience in Berlin.

Super freundliches Personal.Tolle Musik.Großartige Auswahl an Spiele.Leider alkoholische Getränke selbst mitbringen.Früh da sein, da es abends schnell voll wird. Klare Empfehlung.Super friendly staff.Great music.Great selection of games.Unfortunately you have to bring your own alcoholic drinks.Get there early as it gets crowded quickly in the evening. Definite recommendation.

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wenn man diesen Laden betritt. Menschen die in ihr Spiel vertieft sind, der Geruch von frischen Waffeln...Als ob man in sein Wohnzimmer geht.Das Konzept ist ne super Sache: vor Ort Spiele ausprobieren oder wenn man doch lieber zu Hause ist einfach eines ausleihen.

Ich gehe nun schon eine Weile zum Brettspielplatz und muss endlich Mal eine Bewertung da lassen.Das komplette Mitarbeiterteam ist ausnahmslos freundlich. Es gibt ein riesiges, gut sortiertes Angebot an Brettspielen, bei dem man mit der Beratung der Mitarbeiter auch als Laie wunderbar fündig wird. Sowohl das Personal als auch die Kundschaft sind sehr entgegenkommend und erlauben spontanes Mitspielen, sodass man auch alleine (auf seine Kosten) kommen kann.Die Waffeln und Sandwiches sind super und günstig, doch erst der Kiba ließ mich hier wirklich eine Rezension verfassen. Großartig!Leider nur 5 statt 6 Sterne weil kein Alkohol ausgeschenkt wird.Zufrieden jauchzet groß und klein:Hier kann ich spielen
