War total enttäuscht von dem Ergebnis.Die Nägel haben alle unterschiedliche Formen und Längen durch das feilen. Ich wollteeckige Nägel, was ich auch gesagt habe. Bereits beim ersten Nagel hab ich gesagt das mir die Form zu rund ist.Trotz das ich meine Unzufriedenheit bekundet habe wurde mir der volle Preis von 60 Eu berechnet, was meiner Meinung nach zu viel ist für ein nicht zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis.Ein Nageldesigner sollte meiner Meinung nach ein Auge für sowas haben und auch zugeben können das das Ergebnis nicht entsprechend ist.

I should have followed my gut and not gone back after I asked her price for mani/pedi combo and she said 45 euro. I said your sign outside says 35 euro. She said that was an old sign. 35 euro is also what is currently on the website.Then when I was told to put my feet in a bucket that was sitting in the manicure chair basin, because the basin was broken, I should have walked out. The bucket was uncomfortable. She did a good job removing calluses. After she applied red polish to my big toenail first without a base coat to my toenails, I stopped her and ask for a clear base coat first.Then on to manicure. After she took care of cuticles she started putting clear polish on my fingernails without removing the old gel polish that had been on my fingernails for the last three weeks. I stopped her and ask her to remove the gel polish. She did. Then I paid her before she started the color polish, because I didn't want to get into my purse afterwards with wet nails. She demanded 55 euros since she also put color on my toenails and was going to put color on my fingernails. I paid her 50 and left without anything on my fingernails. A nightmare!
