I have been a customer of Visual Online Luxembourg for the past 4.5 years and I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. Recently, I received a new modem and a speed upgrade, which has greatly improved my internet experience.One of the things that sets Visual Online apart from other internet service providers is the excellent customer service provided by their staff. Whenever I have had a question or issue, I have always received prompt and helpful assistance.In addition to the great customer service, the internet itself is easy to set up and is very fast and private. I have never had any issues with my connection and I have always been able to rely on a stable and secure connection.Overall, I highly recommend Visual Online Luxembourg as an internet service provider. The staff are helpful and the internet service is fast, easy to use, and secure. I have been a very happy customer for the past 4.5 years and I plan to continue using Visual Online in the future.

I normally do not offer a 5 star review this quickly to a company, especially since I have been only a customer for about a week now. But what a great experience it was so far - technically competent, flexible (even non-standard questions are dealt with friendly and competent), forward thinking (the deployment in my case required some non-standard, to their bundles, deployment requirements) and quick.Their phone support is technically well versed, friendly and very quick to respond - I didn't experience any lengthy waiting times.If you do need a proper ISP in Luxembourg, look no further. Especially if you have some prosumer/professional requirements that aren't easily met by the competitors.

Malheureusement un service minable et absolument pas professionnel. Aucune possibilité de négocier un arrangement après plusieurs essais, même la secrétaire très mal polie au téléphone.Malheureusement après tant d'années une grande déception.

Sehr guter und schneller Support.

Je déconseille ce provider. Ils n'ont aucun respect du client, j'ai eu un grave souci technique qui a duré des heures et c’est moi qui ai dû trouver la panne qu’ils ont commis, j’ai eu des frais énormes, j’ai demandé à être rappeler par un responsable, 2 semaines après j’attends toujours un appel. Bien évidement pas un geste commercial bref aucune compati pour le client.
