Giving one star only because I have to. They gave us a rental car with a screw in the tire and then when we took it back saying there's a screw in it and we want a different car they charge us for the screw being in there. Just wow. Poor service and way to take advantage of service members by charging them for something that they didn't do instead of fixing it when you should have.
