I call to ask if there is any available car to rent and they said they have available cars, so I take a taxi from city center of Wiesbaden which is 25 minutes away and when I arrive there one very impolite and loud woman told me that they never talked with me on the phone and that they don’t have car available. I showed them the two minute call we had and she got mad and asked me to go away. Really bad experience very rude impolite and not professional at all.
