I do understand the remarks about the service being not a 100 percent structured, but that said it was still very friendly and the food was very good! It also seems quite popular with the Chinese community in Stuttgart what usually is a good sign when it comes to authenticity! We really enjoyed the food and for sure will be back more often!

Ordered 144, 93,76, 2 apple juices, 1 Fanta and vegetables (stir fried cai Xin) . We paid 65 euros. The old staff was nice. The younger male was quite defensive. He asked another table how the food was. The guy said the food was cold. Waiter got defensive. Said waiter asked me how my food was, I told him what I liked and didn't and he got defensive again.Char siew was okay, my partner didn't like it. Cai Xin and the chili were fantastic. I liked the ribs claypot but my partner thought the ribs were tough.I didn't like the kway teow (noodles, for the uninitiated) as it had no wok hei. Beef in the kway teow was tender. Will be back but I hope the service will be better.

I was craving chicken feet for so long and these chicken feet at Qi ling hui wei are exactly the way I want it. The duck and beef taste splendid. They really do justice to Chinese food. Not salty and oily. The service are good and the price is fair.

I’ve lived in Guangzhou for around 20 years and was more than thrilled to see a Cantonese restaurant opening in my vicinity. Nice place with great food and friendly staff! Looking forward to trying out the dim sum later on!!! Recommend :))

Corona saw the shut down of Alte Hupe, near Marienplatz, but out of its ashes arose Qi Ling Hui Wei. I was super excited to have a Cantonese/Szechuan place in the neighborhood and we decided to try it out tonight. We sat outside because of our Foodie-adventurous weenie and because the weather was great. We ordered my favorites: Ma Po Tofu and Salt & Pepper shrimp, which is how I judge most Szechuan places. I also ordered egg drop soup (Excellent!!!) and Jeremiah picked out the Spare ribs in clay pot (favorite dish of the night)I found the Ma Po Tofu to be too heavy on Szechuan peppercorn oil. I couldn’t see a peppercorn in it, but it gave you total numb mouth & tasted like licking a battery. Was a shame, because otherwise the consistency and tofu/meat balance was great. The salt & pepper shrimp was tasty, but I still miss the versions from my favorite Cantonese places in Chicago. It’s not like home.Overall, it’s a fantastic new offering in the neighborhood. For the convenience of location, I like it better than Sichuan in Stuttgart West, but I miss their dumpling offers.Prices were very standard, and a meal for two, with Tsing Tao beer, was < €60.Service was great, despite our choice to sit outside. The server managed German & English with no issue.

The kitchen is nice, but service is a bummer. They managed to forgot about half of our order so we spent 30 min just waiting. Disappointing.Update: So, we tried it again. Another waiter, way better experience. Curry is very good, as well as fried noodles. Stuff is diligent and good intentioned. I wanted to change to 4 stars, but my wife said 5. So here they are. The best Chinese restaurant in Stuttgart so far.
