National Car Rental

nobody answer the phone, its impossible to contact them. I rent a SUV and the told me its not available and give me one Opel corsa. Im a executive member, this never happend to me.

Terrible experience. Charged 300e more than my reservation was pre-arranged for. Then when I got to my car it was a tiny cheap car when I had booked and paid for an elite BMW style. Now they won’t answer the phones for customer service at all.

Awful experiencefirst the customer agent at the desk talking badly to the client never seen that before !Second , he assume that a car is available and he ask me to wait ( saying that the car is at the cleaning )2 hours later ( sorry the car is not available) please take another one ..Third , he ask me to pay a much higher price that the one agreed on the websiteWhen i said why should i do it he replied you need to beleive me not the websiteAt the end no apologies just asking me to go away…This is not how we treat a customerIt’s okay if no car available but ther is a way to talk to a customer a specially avoid to lie
