Habe viel neues entdeckt. Positiv überraschend von dem grossen Auswahl. Zu empfehlen.

Als großer Fan der asiatischen Küche habe ich ewig lange nach einer guten, veganen Fischsauce gesucht. Dann habe ich endlich zu Glück diesen Discounter und Onlineshop entdeckt in der Nähe von mir. Habe dann etwass bestellt und es kam eine falsche Lieferung. Ein Anruf genügte, und der nette Herr am Telefon prüfte die Angelegenheit und stellte den Fehler fest. Ich bekomme eine Ersatzlieferung und darf die Falschlieferung behalten. So sieht Kundenservice aus.

From fresh Tofu, to different kind of rice. One will find almost everything here for the Asian kitchen and its ingredients. It’s pricey but the fruits and vegetables I have got here was always fresh! It’s always clean, which makes it small location not so bad.

Kleinerer aber sehr gut sortierter Asia Laden. Gibt sogar einiges an Kühltiefware. MA sehr nett

Bought a bag of kimchi at discounted price here. After putting it in the fridge, the kimchi juice leaked from the bag all over. When checking, I‘ve noticed a small hole on it which was taped over. I took the kimchi back to the store to ask about the hole and return it. They said they poke the holes on the bag on purpose in case it gets inflated from the fermentation. Such bags would be then be sold for a discounted price. They didn’t mention this in any way when I bought it, nor did they warn about the possible leaking. I wanted to return the kimchi, but they said it is not possible to return food. Even after telling them that in this case this was the last time I‘m shopping here, they just said „It‘s up to you“. Two stars because I really liked shopping here until now, otherwise 0 stars for customer service, lack of transparency, shady practices and food safety.

Guter Laden mit großer Gefrier- und Instantnudel-Auswahl. Daneben ein paar Gänge mit koreanischen Getränken, vorrangig indischer Küche und einigen Thai-Produkten. Andere asiatische Länder sind leider quasi gar nicht vertreten. Frischwaren (Z.b. Gemüse, Tofu, etc) leider auch fast gar nicht verfügbar. Dafür aber Gefrorenes, das bestens geordnet und insgesamt preiswert ist.Team ist hinreichend nett, spricht Deutsch und Englisch und behandelt einen nicht wie Dreck, wenn man etwas spezielles sucht (So wie gegenüber bei GoAsia). Darüber hinaus ist der Laden genügend gut strukturiert und vor allem sauber. Der Kassenbereich ist ein wenig unaufgeräumt bzw. überfüllt.Man kommt gerne hin, wenn man Zutaten braucht.

happy to see a lot of asian stuffs, and some foods are having halal certificate (from original country) which makes me comfortable to shop here. they also sell asian vegetables that can't be found in german supermarket. i am also happy to find indonesian preserved seasoning and even various original sauces (gado2, pecel, etc). in my experience shopping in oriental/asian shop in germany, you need to be careful and check-recheck on the expired date. but overall, everything is good.
