We stayed at one of their TLA‘s on our way out and we can not recommend this company enough!!!From the stylish beautiful house that had everything we needed and more, to the free rental car, to the amazing customer service, our stay was beyond perfect!Tracy went above and beyond for us, organized airport transportation and was always available for questions!Thank you!!!!!!

HIGHLY recommend Insight Living whether you are just getting to the KMC or on your way out!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff with a bunch of properties. Great communication and quick responses. Finding a place with AC (some locations have it) was a huge plus especially with the heat wave we ended up having. Plus having a car included with the rental was beyond a huge saver and allowed us to ship our car early and avoid rental car costs when getting to the US. The TLA was a great alternative to a home. Everything you needed and if any concerns or questions the staff quickly responded! Moving is stressful enough and the staff here made everything so easy and one less thing to worry about! I have done a lot of PCS moves and this by far was the easiest process in thanks to the TLA, amenities, and staff!

Tracy Jane is en exceptional property manager. She is very nice and responds in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to find me TLA with a rental car all within 2 hours. She answers all questions and is on time with appointments. I highly recommend her and this company. She takes care of her clients and makes them feel welcomed! Choose her for your housing needs. I promise you won’t regret it :)

With needing a last minute TLA due to my boiler going out (My house isn’t with Insight Living) I called Mrs. Tracy and she got my family including dogs a great deal on a nice TLA Apartment until my house was fixed. I definitely will be going back when I head out of Germany.

The apartment was extremely well-equipped and came with a loaner car—an Audi A3 2021 model. The location was exactly what I was looking for. Tracy met me at the apartment the night I arrived in the country. Exhausting from a long 24 hours flight, She was courteous, professional, respectful, and friendly, and she didn't bore me with a long list of dos and don'ts. Her knowledge of how the TLA system works and the process of acquiring a house in Germany was helpful to me and made my in-processing experience much more manageable. While my Military Housing representative held back vital information during my in-processing, Tracy provided me with the correct information, enabling me to make the right decisions in my house hunting. She was always available to assist me when I had issues with housing and was unsure of something. If I have to do this repeatedly, I will still select her apartment over all the ones I saw online. I'm rating my experience and her apartment nine over ten, not because I think something is wrong with the apartment but because I wanted to give her still some room to grow.
