They are THE WORST!I have been using their services for a year... it was a nightmare that resulted in many further trouble.For a year they were unable to deliver statements (monthly / quarletly / annualy); always had important tasks and the greatest excuses. When they run out of excuses, they simply do not pick up the phone for weeks. After terminating the contract and leaving to another company, they were even unable to hand over the documents. After couple of calls and fake promises they started shadowing the new service provider.Apart from being extremely unprofessional in their business manner, they also are factually unprepared. Delivered Employment Agreements were mistaken, which caused further payroll miscalculation, resulting in remuneration issues.If you are looking for someone reliable, helpful and able, do not go there. Especially, when you are an expat running a business in Germany, and German law & taxation is not your hobby.
