I set an appointment with them to visit an apartment in Frankfurt 2 weeks in advance. On the day of the appointment I called them to ask for the exact address and they postponed the appointment for 45 minutes. Then I've got another call that the appointment is cancelled since the people in the apartment (I guess people who rented the apartment), do not allow visits on a Saturday. I must add that the apartment is in Frankfurt and I live 1 hour away from Frankfurt, so they could have informed me or called me in advance to cancel, so I wouldn't waste more than 2 hours of my time on weekend. Very bad service, totally unprofessional, and I do not recommend.
