National Car Rental - Flughafen Frankfurt

Katastrophe!!!! Der Mann hinterm Schalter braucht pro Kunde 20 Minuten und ist alleine! Nie mehr wieder National Autovermietung!!!!

Terminal 1. After I returned the vehicle. Sign off, and they take it. I got a charge for 1 thousand Euros for damage on the vehicle prior to my rental. Even in the contract, the prior damage was already marked, and they still wanted to charge me. After 2 months of emails and calls, just to end this topic I agreed to pay a reduced amount of 500 euros, even if I didn't do any damage on the vehicle. Once we agreed on that reduced ammount, enterprise still charged me the 1000 euros. I have never experienced this type of customer service before, if you are planning to rent a vehicle in Frankfurt, save yourself of a future headache and rent with someone else. I have been an emerald and enterprise customer for over 10 years, unfortunately due to this branch I will not longer be member.

I will give this rental car site zero if I can. If you decline their coverage they will find random scrapes and charge exorbitant amounts. Read the other reviews, this is a common scam with this location. Eduard Hahn upsold to me first by saying the car I booked not available. When I went to pick the car I found there are plenty available in the parking lot.This is a known location for scamming customers. AVOID AT ALL COST

Do NOT rent a car from here. NOT THE SAME SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES. They are trying to charge me 800 euros for a tiny scratch on a wheel. Very rude customer service when returning the car spoke German behind my back knowing I only spoke English conspiring how to get more money out of me. I have rented over 50 vehicles from the US and have never had this type of customer service directed towards me. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM NATIONAL FRANKFURT AIRPORT.

Mega Service!!!Wurde in zweiter Reihe bedient, hatte dadurch keinerlei Wartezeit, kostenfreies Upgrade, und alle super freundlich, obwohl es meinerseits ein kurzzeitiges Problem mit der Karte gab.Großen Dank an Amir und Robin, so stellt man sich das vor!
