Charmant ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer mit kleiner Küche und auch das, was man in ihr braucht (z.B. Teller, Besteck).Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht (bin sicher, dass war eine Ausnahme).Service lässt sich schlecht beurteilen, an der Rezeption war das Personal sehr freundlich.

200€ for a room and the air con was not working in an attic room on a hot summer day. It was unbearably warm during the night and the street is very busy all night so opening the window had a very negative impact on my sleep. Unfortunately the hotel does not have any spare earplugs they could give me.The staff was unable to help me but at least they were very nice, they offered me a free beer to sleep" which I declined with thanks.Also the rooms were clean and well equipped.Unfortunately there is also a big construction site on the other side of the street."

The room was nice, the air conditioner was not operational, we ordered a room with two beds in two rooms, ended up with a bed in one room and one sofa to sleep on in the living room. The blankets and sheets were missing from the master bed leaving just a comforter to sleep on. The parking garage was a nightmare after having to buzz in there. Only one elevator was operational, and it was extremely small! Will definitely not be staying here again, hate to say that.

Great hotel 1 block from the train station. Rooms are nice, prices reasonable and they have a nice gym. (Still only 1 person at a time can be in it). Only drawback is that you have to walk past gambling and betting parlors with dubious clientele who link to hang out on the sidewalk (to say it as nicely as possible)

Nice room, good location, nice breakfast, terrible service.Service downfalls:1)The reception don't speak English well and communication was therefore difficult.2)The information received from one person at reception to another is different and creates confusion and frustration. This was specifically when cleaning services were available.3)When requesting information such as an invoice, cleaning services or shampoo fill up, a follow up is always required since the first attempt never got done.

Summary: Centrally located hotel near München Hbf (the main Munich train station). Large construction site across the street. Air conditioning in our room didn't work. When asked to fix things, the staff repeatedly tried to fob us off, even going as far as making obviously false statement to our faces.Longer version: The air conditioning in our room didn't work. We reported it several times and got repeatedly assured, for several days, that it would get fixed today" or "first thing tomorrow morning". In the end

A really good location about 6 minutes walk from main train station,Staff really friendly and hotel clean. Room was clean. Kitchenette was adequate and utensils were good. Full size fridge was perfect. Bathroom clean and refillable shower gel was a good addition. Refuse room was end of the corridor and had bins for recycling.Room was quiet, bed comfortable and curtains kept out the light.Building work going on opposite the hotel but they don’t work very early so noise for me was acceptable as was out most of the day.A short walk from the hotel are 2 supermarkets and the hotel has a limited range of food and drink for sale in the lobby. Would definitely stay again when I return to Munich

This hotel was perfectly acceptable. The rooms were clean, as were the hallways and elevators. The room we had specifically was extremely quiet. Even with the windows open.Our biggest complaint was that the AC did not work. When we reported this to the front desk we were told it won't really come on until it is 26°". Hat keinem Interessiert! Ebenfalls war wieder keine Klimaanlage die dieses Mal P22 anzeigte also wieder Störung!"
