Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience there!We were there for repairing a strange noise made by our Gitarre. They have no pricelist for repairing. After first time repairment, they said the problem was solved. They charged us 60 Euros for it. But afterwards when we get back to the Gitarre class, both player and teacher found out that the problem was still there.For better solving the same problem, we brought our Gitarre for the second time there to fix the problem. But when we go to pick up the Gitarre for attend the Gitarre class. They said they were too busy to find the professional one to fix it.Ok therefore, after having the Gitarre class with this unfixed one, we brought it to them again for the third time. In order to gave them enough time for finding someone professional. We borrowed a second hand Gitarre from others as a replacement for attending the class. Nevertheless, after one week they called us and said that they can't hear any noise, and they wouldn't do anything to adjust it. Which is not true, as I tested in front of one of them, the noise was always there. They just refuse to admit it!I was expecting that they could refund at least part of the payment to us since they were, after three times checks, not able to fix the real problem, but only changed all the strings. Unfortunately they said no!I mean it's acceptable if you are not professional and can't solve some problem, and it is understandable that you put some time into solving the problem. But it's not the right reason to charge people so randomly by not solving their problem! !I won't suggest anyone to go there. Course their work not worth my recommendation!
